Yes!! It doesn’t matter how long you have lived in your home. It’s the actual meter

that switches supplier, not the customer.

Who is my supplier?

Moving into a new home may mean you don’t know who your supplier is, or how much your bills cost.

No problem, we can estimate your usage for you.

You can check who your gas supplier is by calling the Meter Number Helpline on 0870 608 1524.

You can find out who supplies your electricity by calling the electricity distribution for your region.

The numbers are listed below:

Eastern England, East Midlands, London, Northern Wales, Merseyside & Cheshire,

West Midlands, North Eastern England, North Western England, Northern Scotland,

Southern Scotland, South Eastern England, Southern England, Southern Wales,

South Western England, Yorkshire.

Can you estimate how much gas & electricity I use?

Yes, we can estimate your usage for you. At Step 2, we ask you for your consumption details.

If you select ‘No details handy’ we will ask some key questions about how you use gas & electricity; How many people live in your house? How often do you cook?

Then we can provide you with an estimation of your consumption and find the best plans to suit your needs.
